Ribeye Steak - Char-grilled 21 day dry aged Aberdeen Angus Ribeye

Cote de Boeuf - (for 2 to share)32 oz (approx) rib of beef on the bone. Please be prepared to wait in excess of 30 minutes if ordered over medium rare

Sirloin Steak - Locally reared beef Sirloin served on the bone for extra flavour
All steaks served with slow roasted plum tomato, peppercorn sauce and hand cut chips

Duck Breast - Pan roasted Barbary duck breast, potatoes dauphinoise gratin, spiced braised red cabbage

Pork Belly - Crispy five spice pork belly, light coconut laska, egg noodles and pak choi

Lamb Rump - Roasted rump of lamb, sautéed potatoes, binjal pickle, baby spinach and a cardamom jus
